SOFTWARE UPGRADE POLICY

After the initial purchase, upgrades are provided, for the first six months, at NO CHARGE. After six months, major upgrades are $85.00. Small upgrades, between major releases, that can be supplied over the Internet, are NO CHARGE. If the interim upgrade must be US mailed, then there will be a postage and handling charge. A major upgrade is when the product must be rewritten to support database structural changes made to the host database by Dentrix Dental Systems, Inc. A major upgrade may also be when, in the view of Stellar Enterprises, significant new functions have been added to enhance the value of TheConsultant.
