TheConsultant(TM) assists your office in generating appointment reminder cards. In addition to selecting the scan date, users can scan for a specific appointment type and/or appointment in a specific operatory. You may only wish to send cards for your hygiene rooms. The output file is mail merge ready and includes the patient's email address and path to patient's photo.
TheConsultant assists your office in generating Continuing Care cards for patients without a Prophy or any other Continuing Care appointment. The Continuing Care appointment need not be "attached." All Continuing Care patients and Appointment reasons are compared at the time of the request. Using the date entry fields, the user selects the date range to scan. The Continuing Care module allows the user to select the past due interval in weeks or months. This is helpful if your correspondence includes the amount of time the Continuing Care is past-due. You can inform your patients that they are 16 weeks or 4 months past due; it’s your choice. Output is mail merge ready and includes the patient's email address and path to patient's photo.
