Daily AuditPress to learn more about Daily Audit

With TheConsultant’s Daily Audit your hard work won’t end up in the wastebasket. A scan of the daily appointments is compared with the posted production and the results are displayed. For easy identification, appointments with no charges are displayed in red. To quickly identify those patients who should not have been charged, the appointment reason, upon request, can be displayed. Additionally, TheConsultant(TM) helps you see if counter collections are what you would like. TheConsultant identifies a patient as a cash, insured or dual coverage patient and the amount collected from the guarantor on that day. TheConsultant flags patients that are insured but do not have an insurance claim filled. TheConsultant flags patients who leave your office without a future appointment. All patients need an appointment for continuing care or treatment if the practice is going to hold on the its patients.

Provider ProductivityPress to learn more about Provider Productivity

TheConsultant’s Production screens keep you informed about your productivity in five different areas/formats. The screen to the right displays a sample of the various ways your practice data can be analyzed and reported. With TheConsultant there is no need to review pages and pages of data to determine your production and collections information. Printing the graphical representations of the data and displaying them in a common area is a great way to keep your staff informed on progress towards practice goals. For more detailed information a printed report can be printed. For those wish to perform additional analysis or keep a folder of past history, your practice productivity data can be exported in a "tab" delimited format. A great format for entry into Excel. New Patient Management

TheConsultant’s New Patient module enables the practice to track the efficiency of their referral sources and new patients. The user selects the date range to be analyzed, whether or not to include patients without an identified referral source and if the next appointment reason is desired. The report can be printed or exported to a data file. If exported to a data file, the data file is ready to be imported into a spreadsheet program of your choice. Not only do you get totals for diagnosis, pending and completed, but you get averages and the percent collected as well.

Adjustments

With TheConsultant there is no guessing or wondering who your office staff is adjusting and why. The adjustment report provides the details needed to manage and audit the adjustments given in your office. The report provides debit and credit information at a quick glance as well as the net adjustment totals.

Pull Charts

If you file your charts numerically and use the Appointment Book, TheConsultant is a MUST. The Pull List module generates a list -sorted by chart number or alphabetically- of patients that have an appointment during the requested time span. With this list, one can move to the chart files and pull the charts for the next day. Why print multiple sheet of paper and hunt to find a chart number when one simple report will do the job.
