Data Export

With TheConsultant(TM) your procedure log file can be exported giving you the ability to do extensive custom data analysis. Have you ever wanted to perform an analysis on your procedure log data but access to the data was not available? TheConsultant gives you the raw data you need to see how many crowns on tooth #XX or whatever you have done over X amount of time. How about how many procedures have been declined? Which day has the most procedure acceptance or declines; Monday or Wednesday? How does production compare on days when there is a full moon versus days when there is a new moon. Ledger Analysis

Have you ever been asked to tell a separated guardian just how much insurance has paid for each dependent? Well, with TheConsultant, the results are just a click of a button away. View the information on the screen, print a report or even copy to the clipboard for insertion into a letter. Why spend hours going over the ledger when TheConsultant can save you time and money? Truth In Lending

Truth in Lending statements are a snap with TheConsultant. The amount of the loan, the down payment, and the length of the loan are entered. The user can select a single interest rate or a range of interests. By pressing 'show payments' on single interest rate request, an amortization schedule is displayed. If a range of interest rates is requested the user double clicks on the monthly payment desired to see an amortization table. If desired, all information required by a truth in lending statement is calculated and transferred to your word processing document for printing.

Photo Catalog

Now that you have the ability to preserve photos of your patients, how about a report to lets you know who has had their photo taken and when. TheConsultant gives you the information you need to monitor your staffs diligence in taking patient photos. TheConsultant also tracks the amount of storage space used as well as how may additional photos may be stored.

Clinical Notes that Stick

Quick Notes is designed to assist the Provider who uses clinical notes within the Charting system. The system allows easy printing of Clinical Notes to a printer with label stock installed. By printing the notes on label stock, the notes can easily be attached to the patient chart or other document for a hard copy of the encounter and completed procedures. To use simply select the type of note is to be printed, (All Notes or Today's Notes). If desired, the initials of the provider can be changed to reflect the person printing or generating the note. Press Print and your notes will stick.

Procedure Code Setup

Have you ever wanted to review your procedure code setup but did not want to spend the time? With TheConsultant procedure time setup overview is a simple click of the mouse. TheConsultant will show you your time pattern for each procedure. Which procedures are difficult and which procedures have auto Continuing Care.
